I work exclusively with Sidereal Astrology, which follows the actual positions of the planets and stars in the sky.

Booking & Appointment Policy

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through TaroTruly.com by selecting your desired service and available appointment time.

How long are live sessions?

Unless otherwise stated, live sessions are 30 minutes in duration.

The session begins and ends according to the scheduled appointment time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled finish time.

For example:

If you book a 30-minute session and arrive 10 minutes late, your session will last 20 minutes.

Additional time cannot be added due to late arrival.

What if I miss my appointment?

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a missed session.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.

What happens if I experience technical issues?

If technical difficulties occur on my side, your appointment will be rescheduled or extended as appropriate.

If technical issues occur on the client's side, the appointment will continue within the originally scheduled time slot whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my appointment?

Live appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable.

Are email readings refundable?

Because preparation and analysis begin shortly after purchase, emailed readings are generally non-refundable once work has started.

What if I provide incorrect birth information?

Accurate birth information is the client's responsibility.

If incorrect or incomplete information prevents the reading from being completed, the reading may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

What information do you need for Astrology Readings?

For the most accurate reading, please provide:

• Date of Birth

• Exact Time of Birth

• Birth City and Country

• Current City and Country

What if I don't know my birth time?

Some readings can still be performed without an exact birth time, but accuracy may be reduced.

Compatibility, Natal Chart, and Forecast Readings achieve the best results with an accurate birth time.
